Is there parking?

Yes! There is first-come-first-served parking available on-site at Aspen Grove Inn. Free parking with shuttle service to and from "The Hay Barn" up the way, and paid overflow parking across the street at Mountain River Ranch are also available. Bring cash.

Can we camp at the festival?

Accepted Answer

Absolutely! Bring your RV, tent, or rent a cabin.  Simply reserve accomodations at checkout when purchasing tickets during the early bird sale, or book directly with Aspen Grove Inn or Mountain River Ranch via the link on our website for discounted accommodations during the normal and late sale windows. Do we need to buy a ticket for our kids?

We are excited to bring you a family friendly event! There is free admission for children under 18 years old.

Is there a talent show?

Accepted Answer

Yes, we have a kid's talent show, a hootenanny stage, and a jam stage. There are a limited number of performance slots available, so if you'd like to participate register early via email: info@southforkfest.com.

Are dogs allowed?

Yes! We are animal lovers, and dogs are welcome as long as they remain on-leash.

Question 6

Will there be food and beverages available?

Accepted Answer

Yes! The festival will have vendors of all sorts supplying food and beverages for sale. We encourage guests to support these local businesses, but attendees are welcome to bring their own food and drink.

Question 7

Should I bring cash?

Accepted Answer

It will be helpful to bring cash to use overflow parking, buy food and beverages, merch, and have funds for our raffle. Some venders may accept digital sales, however, reception can be spotty, so we recommend bringing along some old-fashioned dollar bills.
